Shipping Policy

We value our customers time & money, and hence we make every effort to ensure that our customers receive their purchased products in the finest condition, on or before the committed dateline. We offer Next Day Shipping for almost all our products.

Delivery Timeline: The delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. For Kolkata pincode, Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days. Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. 

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order tracking details over Email, SMS & Whatsapp. For further queries, you can contact us. The order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled (before shipping), lost or undelivered to your location. If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can message us at our customer support number or mail us at rukminicreationskol@gmail.com  mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
